Both the kitchens and baths feature quartz countertops while the kitchen appliances consist of high-end Bosch: refrigerator, dishwasher and a built-in vented microwave. Kitchens will also have obscured glass cabinet faces, glass tiled back splash and undermounted kitchen sink. Each unit will also have full size GE stack washer/dryer and the AC will be PTAC units, similar to what you may find in many hotel rooms. The flooring in the kitchen and bath is a high quality simulated wood grain laminate for easy care and carpet throughout the rest of the unit.
