Built in 1974 Four Paddle is a concrete high rise that is popular with both tourists and residents. While the building is residentially zoned there are still a dozen or so units in the building that maintain a non-conforming use certificate that allows them to be rented out short term. Four Paddle is situated in a quieter area of Waikiki but is still only a pleasant 10 minute walk to the beach.

Best Features
Good value, quieter location, efficient layouts.
Potential Drawbacks
The development of the Ritz Carlton across the street will be blocking some of the spectacular ocean views but there will still be some good views to be had between the towers and the high end investment of the Ritz will be an overall boost to the area.
