The impressive looking angular rose-colored glass and concrete buildings were conceived during the Japanese investment bubble and aimed at the luxury market. Imperial Plaza is prominently located on the corner of tree lined Kapiolani Boulevard and Cooke Street. Imperial Plaza has some design features that set it apart from most Honolulu condos. All condos have high 10’ ceilings which give an immediate feeling of extra space.
