Imperial Plaza is a 1991 mixed use development by Colin De Silva consisting of 206 residential condos and a 55 commercial condos. The impressive looking angular rose-colored glass and concrete buildings were conceived during the Japanese investment bubble and aimed at the luxury market.

Private Condo Features
Imperial Plaza has some design features that set it apart from most Honolulu condos. All condos have high 10’ ceilings which give an immediate feeling of extra space. Most units have large triangular shaped lanais that can fit good sized furniture. Another unusual feature are the many two story condos as most of the Imperial tower Penthouse units and all of The Plaza townhouse style condos have two levels.
Washer Dryers are in unit and Air conditioning is central.
Best Features
High ceilings, large lanais and two level condo living.
