Private Condo Features
On Floors 6-45 there are 12 units per floor and the ocean view units will be 03-10, while units ending in 01, 02, 11 and 12 will be the cooler, mountain view units.  The original finishings include porcelain tiled entries, kitchens and baths; as well as granite countertops in the kitchens with stainless steel appliances. The windows are double glazed for improved energy efficiency and quieter units. No units come with a lanai but some windows do open for ventilation and the floor plans offer space efficient layouts. AC is central and all units have washer/dryer hook-ups and are sprinklers for fire protection.
