Built in 1980 with 25 stories and 88 units, Parkside Tower is not one of the larger buildings in the city but is one of the few high rise buildings in its immediate area enjoys a wide range of views and a convenient location. The units enjoy nice large and usable lanais that also offer coverage from the sun to help keep the units cool. Except for the penthouse units, there is no central AC but many have installed window units or split AC systems as needed. Mountain side units may stay cool and breezy enough to not need AC.
