The Symphony Honolulu is a development by San Diego based developer Oliver McMillan. The project features a 45 story glass high-rise tower with 388 luxury condos available in 1, 2 and 3 bedroom configurations. The location is a prime lot on the corner of Kapiolani Blvd. and Ward Avenue. It’s directly across Ward Avenue from the Neil Blaisdell Center. Much of the ground floor and first 3 levels will be occupied by JN Automotive’s Velocity auto dealership that features exotic cars. There’s a large auto Showroom, service facilities, offices, restaurants and retail (80,000 s.f. total). The tower is designed as a green building that follows some LEED criteria. There’s a large array of PV solar panels on the recreation deck, a green roof with indigenous plants, EV charging stations for electric cars and gray water reclamation. Common Areas for Residents The 24 hour secured tower lobby is located at the street level on Ward Avenue with a separate entry from the commercial entry. The lobby features a Porte cochere and loading area, guest stalls and manager’s office. The 7th floor grand terrace lounge has amenities for residents. Inside, there’s a state of the art fitness center with restrooms and sauna. Also, two movie theaters, two guest suites for overnight stays, yoga room, and party room with kitchen. Symphony Honolulu condos are offers generously sized (by Honolulu standards) condominiums. The one bedroom and smaller two bedroom units face the mountains and the larger units face the ocean. All units have floor to ceiling low-e insulated glass windows. About half of the units have lanais with glass railings. The triangular shaped lanais are found on the ocean view units and are small, except for the corner units that have wraparound lanais.
