The project is a 400 ft, 350 unit tower made up of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units that will also be adjacent to Victoria Ward Park in the center of Howard Hughes' award winning master planned community - featured by Architectural Digests' the best planned community in the US. Victoria Place is designed by Solomon Cordwell Buence, designer of other desirable projects such Anaha, Aalii, One Ala Moana, and Park Lane. Unlike the other Howard Hughes projects, there will be no commercial or retail space at bottom and this will allow a more peaceful and tranquil transition to the park - with ample shopping and restaurants still just steps away. Victoria Place will feature 3 pools - one for laps, one for social gathering and a private pool by reservation only at the ground level for parties. There will be guest suites, conference rooms, state of the art gym, men's and women's saunas, treatment rooms, steam rooms and more. The recreation area is split on both sides of the building with the Ewa side geared toward social gathering and the Diamond Head side geared toward fitness and wellness.
